Hotel Services

  • Parking

    The Clinic offers free parking. Please contact the medical reception to obtain a parking pass for the duration of your stay.

  • Green space

    The Clinic has a garden where you can take a stroll and relax. Before going there, please inform the healthcare team. During the warmer season, you can enjoy this space as part of your rehabilitation.

  • Waiting room

    At Clinique La Prairie, we welcome you in a serene atmosphere, with fresh water, coffee and tea available for your comfort and well-being.

  • Port Lounge

    On the 2nd floor of the Medical Center is the Port Lounge, where you can relax. You will find a wide selection of drinks and snacks. Newspapers, magazines, a television, and a coffee machine are also available for your convenience.

  • Laundry Service

    You can take advantage of an external laundry service at the clinic (standard or express service).
    This service is subject to a charge.

  • Interpreter Service

    Our team of interpreters is available upon prior request and at the patient’s expense. Regardless of your language, we use individuals specially trained in medical terminology.
    Rates are provided upon request.

Visitor Information

  • Useful information

    For hygiene reasons, potted plants are not allowed. Only cut flowers are permitted. Please note that certain strongly scented flowers may cause discomfort during your stay.

  • Visiting hours

    The presence of your family and friends can be a great source of comfort. They are welcome between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. It is important that your visitors respect the time dedicated to your care as well as the tranquility of other patients. Depending on medical decisions and if your health condition requires it, visits may be limited.

    Visits are not allowed in the operating room or recovery room. The healthcare staff is available to provide information about the ongoing medical care.

  • Accommodation

    If you wish to be accompanied by a loved one during your hospital stay, we encourage you to let us know in advance so that we can make the best possible arrangements. Depending on availability, we may offer them a separate room or add an additional bed in your room. The current rates are available upon request at the admissions office.

  • Meals and Dining options

    Your loved ones have the opportunity to join you for a meal (at 12:00 PM and/or 7:00 PM). From snacks to à la carte meals, options are available for them to enjoy during their visit.
